Lemon Blueberry Cake in a Cup

Hello everybody, I hope you've been having a spectacular day, in today's post I am going to show you how to make this delicious, mouth watering, Lemon Blueberry Cake, so enjoy:

 

You Need:

Cake Flour
A Mug

Lemon Zest

A Lemon

Sugar

1 egg

First, you need to pour 2/4 cup of cake flour into your mug (or bowl if you're making it for multiple people). 

Now, you need to add 2 tbsp of granulated sugar.

Then, stir the flour and sugar together.

Next, add 1 tbsp of lemon zest...

And egg...

And, 2 tbsp of lemon juice.

This step is optional, but, add a handful of fresh blueberries into the bowl of sugar...

Then fold them into your mixture and place into your microwave for 1-2 minutes (I suggest using the toothpick trick to test if it's cooked on the inside or not). 

Now, you finally get to enjoy your mouth watering, Lemon Blueberry Cake in a Cup!
