DIY Journal/ Notebook

In today's post I am going to show you guys how to make a little notebook that can be used as a journal, diary, sketchbook, etc. Anyways, I will probably not be posting in a while, and the reasoning for that is that me and my family are just kind of taking a break from screens, which means I can't post anything on Spectacular Izzy Fun. Anyways, let me show you how to make this super cute journal/ notebook (whatever you want this thing book to be.)

 What you need:

Sharpie Pens (color optional)

Colored Paper (color of your choice)

Regular Paper (at least 5 sheets)

Thread (color of your choice)

and a Needle.

 First, what you are going to do is pin the pieces of paper together so they don't come uneven.

 Next, you are going to fold, and crease the regular paper.

 To help crease the edges use something like a bottle cap, or a ruler.

 Next, fold and crease the construction paper.

 Place the white paper's crease right along the construction paper's.

 Then pin those together.

 Now sew right down the middle.

 After you are done with the sewing, fold it and crease it again.

 Now you can write your title.

 I added the year to mine so if I want to look back at it I can see what year I made it in.

 Now I added the date and the day number.

And finally, add your own name to it.
